Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled: For best results remove from refrigerator and remove from packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Place the lamb in a roasting tin and cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven. Halfway through cook time remove the foil and return to the oven for the remaining time. Medium: 25 minutes per 500g plus 25 minutes. Well done: 30 Minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
For tenderness and succulence allow the lamb to rest, uncovered in a warm place for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
